Our vocational school students also participated in the sapling planting event held in the district as part of the **March 21-26 World Forestry Day and Week**.
Thousands of saplings were planted during the event, which was attended by District Governor Özgür KAYA, Vezirköprü Forest Management Director Mecit KOÇAK and management staff, district protocol members, and our Vocational School's Forestry Department students and Lecturer Dr. Cemile ÇAKIR.
Throughout the week, thousands of saplings were distributed under the slogan **"Forests Rising from the Ashes."**
