Our Vocational School students, as part of the Social Responsibility Course and the Social Responsibility Project coordinated by Asst. Prof. Gonca Özdemir Tarı, organized a sapling planting event around the Vezirköprü Mezraa Primary School on account of the November 11th National Afforestation Day.
The event, which saw the participation of Forest Management personnel, our Vocational School's academic staff and students, and primary school teachers and students, was conducted in collaboration with the Vezirköprü Forest Management Directorate as part of the “A Breath for the Future, A Breath for Humanity” campaign. Saplings were planted around the Mezraa Primary School, and primary school students were given information about the love of the forest, the benefits of the forest, and how to plant saplings.
We thank the Vezirköprü Forest Management Directorate and its personnel, our Vocational School's academic staff and students, and the teachers and students of Mezraa Primary School for their support in making this event possible.
