On November 20, 1989, the Convention on the Rights of the Child was adopted by the United Nations (UN) General Assembly to protect children and improve their living conditions, and November 20 was declared “World Children's Rights Day.”
On this meaningful day, the students of our Vocational School's Child Development Program, coordinated by Lecturer Osman Senai Doğan, brought the activities they prepared to raise awareness and develop resilient behaviors on the issues of “Child Neglect and Abuse” to the students of Vezirköprü Çamlık Kindergarten.
As part of the event, kindergarten students participated with interest, love, and fun in the prepared materials and presentations.
We thank the management and teachers of Çamlık Kindergarten for their unwavering support and assistance in the realized event, our students who voluntarily participated in this activity, and Lecturer Osman Senai DOĞAN who coordinated it.
