Blood Donation Campaign Held at Vezirköprü Vocational School
A blood donation campaign was held at Vezirköprü Vocational School on October 20, 2026, in coordination with the Turkish Red Crescent Samsun Blood Donation Center.
Before the campaign, Blood Donation Awareness Specialist Göksel Altıparmak provided students with information about the importance and benefits of blood donation in their classrooms.
The campaign was also supported by our school's Academic and Social Development Club and received participation from our academic and administrative staff and students. A total of 60 units of blood were donated during the campaign. However, donations from 20 volunteers could not be accepted for various reasons.
Blood donation is one of the most meaningful ways to save lives and give hope to those in need.
We would like to thank all volunteer donors who supported the campaign, the Turkish Red Crescent Samsun Blood Donation Center team for their informative activities and contributions, and our Academic and Social Development Club for its support.
