A seminar on **"Self-Compassion"** was organized within the scope of the project **"Successful Women, Successful Societies,"** which is run by our Vocational School's academic staff Lecturer Dr. İlkay GÖKTAŞ, Ayşe Hatun Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School principal Ufuk İLHAN, assistant principal Gülşah AKGÜN, and guidance counselor Burçin TAŞKIN.
The presentation, which aimed to create awareness about self-compassion among high school students, covered the following topics: "Self-compassion and its components, problems that may arise from a lack of self-compassion, and ways to develop self-compassion."
