On March 30, 2026, students from the Forestry Department of our Vocational School conducted a technical visit to Vezirköprü Forest Products and Paper Industry Inc. (Vezirağaç) factory to support their professional development and closely get to know the sectoral operations.
The visit began with factory introduction and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training. Then, technical information was shared by the Raw Materials Manager about the types of materials used in production and procurement processes.
In the final part of the program, our students examined the production lines on-site and found the opportunity to reinforce their theoretical knowledge with practical applications in the production area.
For this productive trip held under the guidance of Department Head Lecturer Cemile Çakır and Lecturer Cemil Özdemir; we would like to thank Human Resources Manager Berker Duygulu and his team, as well as the Vezirağaç Factory management for opening their doors to us and those who contributed to the realization of the visit.
