The first field trip, as part of the **Field Practices** course, was carried out on March 6, 2020, for the second-year students of the Forestry and Forest Products Program within our Vocational School's Forestry Department.
The first of the three field applications was organized within the boundaries of the Vezirköprü Forest Management Directorate and the Akçay Forest Management Sub-Directorate, which is affiliated with the Vezirköprü Forest Management Directorate.
In addition to the students and lecturers, the field application was attended by Vezirköprü Forest Management Deputy Manager Levent MORKAN, Vezirköprü Forest Management Sub-Directors Mustafa ÖNGÖR and Bahadır KURT, as well as Forest Rangers.
Within the scope of the field application, detailed information was given to our students on **Forest Fires**, **Forest Pests**, and **Pest Control**, and several practices were demonstrated practically.
