The inter-departmental football tournament, traditionally organized every May as part of our Vocational School's Traditional Spring Festival, was held this year with great excitement.
The tournament, which featured the participation of 6 different teams, began with group matches on May 16th at the artificial turf pitch of the Vezirköprü Köprülü Mehmet Paşa Sports Complex. Following the completion of the group matches, the Forestry 2nd Grade First Education team claimed the cup by defeating the Computer 2nd Grade First Education team with a score of 2-0 in the final match held on Friday, May 23rd. Awards were presented to the ranking teams at the Spring Festival Awards Ceremony held on Friday, May 23rd, with the participation of our Vocational School Director Prof. Dr. Necati TOMAL, District Youth and Sports Director Mehmet UYAR, vocational school faculty members, and students.
We thank our District Governor, Mr. Özgür KAYA, for his unwavering support throughout the tournament, our Vezirköprü District Youth and Sports Director, Mr. Mehmet UYAR, and the staff of the District Youth and Sports Directorate, the teams who competed passionately in the tournament, and our vocational school students who supported them with their cheers.
