Our Vocational School's Forestry Department and the Vezirköprü Forest Management Directorate collaborated on an event within the scope of **March 21st Forestry Week**, where they met with students from the Çamlık Kindergarten.
The event was attended by Head of the Forestry Department Lecturer Dr. Cemile ÇAKIR, Deputy Forest Management Director Tuncay Patan, Forest Chiefs Ekin AKIN and Ramazan ATAR. After a short animated film was shown to the students, useful information about forests was provided, the importance of forests was expressed, and instructions on how to plant saplings were given. The event concluded with the distribution of saplings to the students as gifts.
