“Basic First Aid Training” Held at Our Vocational School
A "Basic First Aid Training" session was organized for our students to increase awareness of correct intervention in emergency situations. The training, held on December 17, 2025, at our Vocational School Conference Hall, was conducted by Dr. Asbıniye İnan and Midwife Kamile Hatiboğlu from the Vezirköprü District Health Directorate.
The program, which saw high student participation, included practical demonstrations alongside theoretical information. Within the scope of the training, fundamental topics such as scene assessment and safety measures, basic life support (CPR and artificial respiration), interventions for airway obstructions, and first aid techniques for bleeding, injuries, and fractures were addressed in detail.
At the end of the session, it was emphasized that correctly performed first aid interventions carry vital importance until professional medical teams reach the scene. The program concluded after the experts answered the students' questions regarding the subject.
